Abstract:   (1 Views)
Improving the quality of care and enhancing nurses’ job satisfaction are among the key priorities of healthcare systems. This quasi-experimental study was conducted with 120 nurses at Baqiyatallah Hospital to investigate the effect of ethical intelligence training on clinical performance and job satisfaction. Results indicated that ethical intelligence training significantly increased nurses’ ethical intelligence and job satisfaction. Although clinical performance improved in the intervention group, the change was not statistically significant. This study emphasizes that strengthening ethical intelligence through continuous educational programs can serve as an effective strategy to enhance the quality of nursing care delivery.
