fa طراحی پایلوت دوچرخه امداد: راهکاری مناسب در امدادرسانی به مصدومین و بیماران در مقرهای دریایی، اسکله‌ها و جزایر طب دریا Marine Medicine پژوهشي اصیل Original Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:IRANsans;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> در بحران‌ها و حوادث، گاهی ممکن است به دلایل مختلف مانند تخریب راه‌ها، ترافیک جاده‌ها و خیابان‌ها، ازدحام مردم در معابر، کمبود یا نبود سوخت و عدم امکان تردد خودرو کادر درمان نتوانند با خودروهای رایج به محل حادثه یا نقطه بحران برسند و ناگزیر به استفاده از وسایل نقلیه‌ خاص هستند که یکی از آنها دوچرخه امداد می‌تواند باشد. در مطالعه حاضر برای نخستین بار در ایران به صورت پایلوت، طراحی دوچرخه امداد انجام گرفت.<br> <strong>روش‌ها</strong><strong>:</strong> مطالعه کاربردی حاضر در سال 1395 در مرکز تحقیقات طب دریا، تهران انجام شد. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌های موردنیاز از تجربیات تیم پژوهشی مرکز تحقیقات طب دریا و تشکیل کارگروه خبرگان استفاده شد. در انتخاب دوچرخه مناسب، استحکام، سبکی، قیمت مناسب، قدرت مانور مناسب، دسترسی آسان و تولیدی در داخل کشور لحاظ شد. سپس محتویات پزشکی قابل حمل در خورجین‌های عقب و جلوی دوچرخه، اندازه و جنس خورجین‌ها، بسته و کیسه‌های امدادی جهت تعبیه در خورجین دوچرخه در جلسه کارگروه خبرگان تعیین شد.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> دوچرخه‌ای تولید ایران از جنس آلومینیوم کوره‌ای سبک و محکم، دارای کمک‌فنرهای نرم و سیستم دنده‌ای روان و مناسب انتخاب گردید. دو کیف در قسمت جلوی این دوچرخه برای قرار گرفتن تجهیزات پزشکی سبک اما حجیم انتخاب شدند. وسایلی مانند آمبوبگ، انواع آتل‌ها، لوله‌های سونداژ و سرم در این دو کیف قرار گرفت. در خورجین عقب که بزرگتر بود حاوی کیف‌های کوچک معاینه، بخیه، پانسمان، سونداژ، تزریقات و سرم‌تراپی بعلاوه داروها بود و همچنین تجهیزات ارتباطی و مخابراتی نیز در خورجین عقب تعیبه شد.<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> در مطالعه حاضر به صورت پایلوت، دوچرخه ایرانی امداد طراحی گردید تا امدادرسانی به بیماران و مصدومان در مقرهای دریایی، اسکله‌ها و جزایر و همچنین شرایط بحرانی خاص انجام شود. در این مطالعه هم انتخاب دوچرخه و هم تجهیزات پزشکی و نحوه تعبیه آنها مدنظر بود.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background</strong><strong> and Aim: </strong>In crises and accidents, sometimes due to various reasons, such as road destruction, road and street traffic, crowded roads, lack or absence of fuel and the impossibility of vehicle traffic, medical staff cannot travel to the scene or crisis point with conventional vehicles. They have to use special vehicles, one of which can be a bicycle. In the present study, for the first time in Iran, a bicycle ambulance is designed.<br> <strong>Methods</strong>: The present applied study was conducted in 2016, in Marine Medicine Research Center, Tehran, Iran. The experiences of the research team of the Marine Medicine Research Center and the expert panel opinions were used to collect data. In choosing the right bike, strength, lightness, reasonable price, good maneuverability, ease of use and domestic production were taken into account. Then, the portable medical contents in the back and front pouches of the bicycle, the size and material of the pouches, the package and the relief bags for installation in the bicycle pouches were determined in the expert panels.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> Bicycles made in Iran were selected from light and strong aluminum furnaces with soft auxiliaries and a smooth and suitable gear system. Two bags on the front of the bike were chosen to accommodate light but bulky medical equipment. Equipment such as ambobags, splints, catheter tubes and serum were placed in these two bags. The larger back bag contained small examination, sutures, dressings, catheters, injections and serum therapy bags as well as medications. Also, communication equipment was placed in the back bag.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> In the present study, as a pilot, an Iranian bicycle ambulance was designed to provide assistance to patients and injured people at maritime bases, piers and islands, as well as critical situations. In this study, both the selection of bicycles and medical equipment and how to install them were considered.</div> دوچرخه امداد, امدادرسانی, بحران.
