fa میزان دانش در مورد بیماری هپاتیت C در بین افراد مراجعه‌کننده به مراکز آزمایش پیش از ازدواج در شهر تهران طب دریا Marine Medicine خلاصه سیاستی Policy Brief <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:IRANyekan;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" times=""><span b="" lang="FA" mitra="">هپاتیت</span> <span dir="LTR">C </span><span b="" lang="FA" mitra="">یکی از چالش‌های مهم سلامت عمومی است و سازمان جهانی بهداشت (</span><span dir="LTR">WHO</span><span b="" lang="FA" mitra="">)</span> <span b="" lang="FA" mitra="">هدف ریشه‌کنی آن را تا سال 2030 تعیین کرده است. نخستین گام در دستیابی به این هدف، ارزیابی سطح آگاهی جامعه نسبت به این بیماری است. مطالعه حاضر با هدف سنجش دانش افراد مراجعه‌کننده به مراکز مجاز آزمایش پیش از ازدواج در تهران (مهر تا بهمن ۱۴۰۰) درباره انتقال، درمان و ضرورت غربالگری هپاتیت</span> <span dir="LTR">C</span> <span b="" lang="FA" mitra="">اجرا شد. این پژوهش مقطعی با مشارکت ۲۵۳۴ فرد ۱۴ تا ۸۴ ساله انجام شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد که 3/30 درصد از شرکت‌کنندگان هرگز نام هپاتیت</span> <span dir="LTR">C</span> <span b="" lang="FA" mitra="">را نشنیده بودند، بیش از 70% نمی‌دانستند کدام عضو بدن درگیر می‌شود، و حدود 80% از درمان‌پذیری بیماری اطلاعی نداشتند. میانگین دانش کلی درباره انتقال، درمان و ضرورت غربالگری 77/38% برآورد شد. افراد با ساعات مطالعه بیشتر نمرات دانش معنی‌دار بالاتری داشتند. نتایج بیانگر نیاز جدی به مداخلات آموزشی، برنامه‌های آگاهی‌بخشی و ارتقای نهادی غربالگری هپاتیت</span> C <span b="" lang="FA" mitra="">است.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%">Hepatitis C represents a significant public health challenge, and the World Health Organization (WHO) has set the goal of its elimination by 2030. The first step toward achieving this objective is assessing public awareness of the disease. The present study aimed to evaluate the knowledge of individuals attending authorized pre-marriage testing centers in Tehran (October to February 2022) regarding transmission, treatment, and the necessity of Hepatitis C screening. This cross-sectional study included 2,534 participants aged 14 to 84 years. Findings revealed that 30.3% of participants had never heard of Hepatitis C, over 70% were unaware of the organ primarily affected, and approximately 80% did not know that the disease is treatable. The mean overall knowledge score regarding transmission, treatment, and the necessity of screening was estimated at 38.77%. Participants with longer study hours had significantly higher knowledge scores.
