fa تأثیر آموزش هوش اخلاقی بر عملکرد بالینی و رضایتمندی شغلی پرستاران طب دریا Marine Medicine خلاصه سیاستی Policy Brief <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:IRANyekan;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" times=""><span b="" lang="AR-SA" mitra="">بهبود کیفیت مراقبت و افزایش رضایتمندی شغلی پرستاران از اولویت‌های نظام سلامت است. این پژوهش نیمه‌تجربی با مشارکت </span><span b="" lang="FA" mitra="">۱۲۰</span><span b="" lang="AR-SA" mitra=""> پرستار در بیمارستان بقیه‌الله (عج) انجام شد و تأثیر آموزش هوش اخلاقی را بر عملکرد بالینی و رضایتمندی شغلی بررسی کرد. نتایج نشان داد آموزش هوش اخلاقی باعث افزایش معنی‌دار سطح هوش اخلاقی و رضایتمندی شغلی پرستاران شد. هرچند عملکرد بالینی در گروه مداخله افزایش یافت، اما از نظر آماری معنادار نبود. این مطالعه تأکید می‌کند که تقویت هوش اخلاقی از طریق برنامه‌های آموزشی مداوم می‌تواند مسیر مؤثری برای ارتقای کیفیت ارائه خدمات پرستاری باشد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%">Improving the quality of care and enhancing nurses&rsquo; job satisfaction are among the key priorities of healthcare systems. This quasi-experimental study was conducted with 120 nurses at Baqiyatallah Hospital to investigate the effect of ethical intelligence training on clinical performance and job satisfaction. Results indicated that ethical intelligence training significantly increased nurses&rsquo; ethical intelligence and job satisfaction. Although clinical performance improved in the intervention group, the change was not statistically significant.
