fa داروهای زیستی در ایران: تحلیل دستاوردها، چالش‌ها و سیاست‌گذاری طب دریا Marine Medicine خلاصه سیاستی Policy Brief <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:IRANyekan;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" times=""><span b="" lang="FA" mitra="">صنعت داروهای زیستی ایران وضعیتی پارادوکسیکال را تجربه می‌کند. از یک سو، به‌عنوان یکی از حوزه‌های پیشروی فناوری در کشور مطرح شده و موفقیت‌هایی چون خودکفایی نسبی، تولید داروهای </span><span dir="LTR">Biosimilar</span> <span b="" lang="FA" mitra="">و صادرات به بازارهای منطقه‌ای را به ثبت رسانده است. از سوی دیگر، این صنعت با چالش‌های ساختاری عمیقی در حوزه سیاست‌گذاری، تأمین مالی، نظام مقررات و نوآوری روبه‌روست. این مقاله با بررسی دوگانه &laquo;دستاوردها&raquo; در مقابل &laquo;چالش‌های سیاستی&raquo;، ضمن ارائه تحلیل وضع موجود، بر ضرورت تکمیل و تقویت &laquo;اکوسیستم نوآوری&raquo; به‌عنوان راهبرد کلیدی تأکید می‌کند. راه‌حل پایدار، نه در انبوهی از اقدامات پراکنده، بلکه در ایجاد یک چارچوب یکپارچه، پایدار و کارآمد سیاستی نهفته است.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%">The Iranian biopharmaceutical industry is currently experiencing a paradoxical situation. On one hand, it has emerged as a leading technological sector in the country, achieving notable successes such as partial self-sufficiency, the production of biosimilar drugs, and exports to regional markets. On the other hand, the industry faces deep structural challenges in policy-making, financing, regulatory frameworks, and innovation. This article examines the dual perspective of &ldquo;achievements&rdquo; versus &ldquo;policy challenges&rdquo; and, while providing an analysis of the current status, emphasizes the need to complete and strengthen the innovation ecosystem as a key strategic priority.
