fa ارزیابی وضعیت آمادگی روانی در حوادث و بلایا در مراکز آموزشی درمانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران در سال 1404 طب دریا Marine Medicine پژوهشي اصیل Original Article <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="tab-stops:-15.8pt 29.2pt 45.2pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span b="" lang="FA" mitra="" style="font-family:">زمینه و هدف: </span></b><span b="" lang="FA" mitra="" style="font-family:">با توجه به قرارگیری ایران در مناطق پرخطر و سابقه وقوع بلایای طبیعی و انسان‌ساخت، ارزیابی آمادگی روانی مراکز آموزشی</span>&ndash;<span b="" lang="FA" mitra="" style="font-family:">درمانی برای مواجهه با حوادث ضروری است. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی وضعیت آمادگی روانی مراکز آموزشی</span>&ndash;<span b="" lang="FA" mitra="" style="font-family:">درمانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران در سال ۱۴۰۴ انجام شد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="tab-stops:-15.8pt 29.2pt 45.2pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span b="" lang="FA" mitra="" style="font-family:">روش‌ها:</span></b><span b="" lang="FA" mitra="" style="font-family:"> مطالعه به صورت مقطعی</span>&ndash;<span b="" lang="FA" mitra="" style="font-family:">توصیفی طراحی و اجرا شد. جامعه آماری شامل مدیران میانی و عملیاتی ۱۱ مرکز آموزشی</span>&ndash;<span b="" lang="FA" mitra="" style="font-family:">درمانی تحت پوشش دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران بود و نمونه‌گیری به روش سرشماری انجام شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از چک‌لیست &laquo;ابزار شماره ۶&raquo; مندرج در کتاب &laquo;ابزارهای ملی ارزیابی سلامت در حوادث و بلایا&raquo; جمع‌آوری شد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="tab-stops:-15.8pt 29.2pt 45.2pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span b="" lang="FA" mitra="" style="font-family:">یافته‌ها:</span></b><span b="" lang="FA" mitra="" style="font-family:"> وضعیت کلی آمادگی روانی مراکز در سطح متوسط تا پایین قرار داشت. در شاخص &laquo;ساختار داخلی سازمان و زنجیره فرماندهی&raquo; ۷۲.۷</span>٪<span b="" lang="FA" mitra="" style="font-family:"> مراکز امتیاز صفر و ۲۷.۳</span>٪<span b="" lang="FA" mitra="" style="font-family:"> امتیاز یک کسب کردند. در &laquo;منابع و زیرساخت‌ها&raquo; ۱۸.۲</span>٪<span b="" lang="FA" mitra="" style="font-family:"> مراکز صفر، ۷۲.۷</span>٪<span b="" lang="FA" mitra="" style="font-family:"> یک و ۹.۱</span>٪<span b="" lang="FA" mitra="" style="font-family:"> دو امتیاز گرفتند. شاخص‌های &laquo;دانش و مهارت&raquo;، &laquo;هماهنگی با سازمان‌های بیرونی&raquo; و &laquo;ارزیابی خطر و پایش&raquo; عمدتاً در سطح ضعیف تا متوسط بودند. کمترین امتیازها مربوط به &laquo;حمایت‌های روانی و مداخلات&raquo; و &laquo;تبادل اطلاعات و ارتباطات&raquo; بود که نشان‌دهنده ضعف برنامه‌های نظام‌مند حمایت روانی و ناکارآمدی سیستم‌های اطلاع‌رسانی در شرایط بلایا است.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="tab-stops:-15.8pt 29.2pt 45.2pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span b="" lang="FA" mitra="" style="font-family:">نتیجه‌گیری: </span></b><span b="" lang="FA" mitra="" style="font-family:">بسیاری از مراکز آموزشی</span>&ndash;<span b="" lang="FA" mitra="" style="font-family:">درمانی از آمادگی روانی کافی برخوردار نیستند. به منظور ارتقای آمادگی روانی و عملکردی، توسعه زیرساخت‌ها، تقویت آموزش‌های تخصصی، بهبود شبکه‌های ارتباطی، ایجاد تیم‌های پشتیبانی روانی، ارتقای هماهنگی بین‌بخشی و استقرار نظام پایش و ارزیابی خطر مستمر ضروری است.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%">Background and Aim: </span></span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%">Given Iran&#39;s location in high-risk areas and its history of natural and human-made disasters, evaluating the psychological preparedness of educational&ndash;medical centers to respond to emergencies is essential. This study aimed to assess the psychological preparedness of educational&ndash;medical centers under Iran University of Medical Sciences in 2025.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%">Methods</span></span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%">: This cross-sectional descriptive study included all middle and operational managers of 11 educational&ndash;medical centers under the university, with a census sampling approach. Data were collected using Checklist &ldquo;Tool No. 6&rdquo; from the book National Tools for Health Assessment in Disasters and Emergencies.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%">Results</span></span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%">: Overall, the psychological preparedness of the centers was at a moderate to low level. For the &ldquo;organizational structure and command chain&rdquo; indicator, 72.7% of centers scored zero and 27.3% scored one. In &ldquo;resources and infrastructure,&rdquo; 18.2% scored zero, 72.7% scored one, and 9.1% scored two. Indicators of &ldquo;knowledge and skills,&rdquo; &ldquo;coordination with external organizations,&rdquo; and &ldquo;risk assessment and monitoring&rdquo; were mostly at weak to moderate levels. The lowest scores were observed in &ldquo;psychological support and interventions&rdquo; and &ldquo;information exchange and communication,&rdquo; indicating weaknesses in structured psychological support programs and inefficient communication systems during disasters.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%">Conclusion</span></span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%">:</span></span> <span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%">Many educational&ndash;medical centers lack adequate psychological preparedness.
