fa نقش تعدیل‌گری سرسختی و انعطاف‌پذیری روانشناختی در رابطه با عدم تحمل ابهام و نشانگان افسردگی در دریانوردان طب دریا Marine Medicine پژوهشي اصیل Original Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:IRANyekan;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA">زمینه و هدف:</span></b><span lang="FA"> هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش تعدیل&shy; گری سرسختی و انعطاف&shy; پذیری روانشناختی در رابطه با عدم تحمل ابهام و نشانگان افسردگی در دریانوردان بود.</span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA">روش‌ها:</span></b><span lang="FA"> روش پژوهش، توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش را تمام دریانوردان یک شرکت دریانوردی در سال 1402 تشکیل می&shy;دادند که از بین آنها تعداد 580 نفر به شیوه نمونه &shy;گیری در دسترس انتخاب شده و به ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه افسردگی بک (1996)، پرسشنامه انعطاف &shy;پذیری شناختی دنیس و وندروال (2010)، پرسشنامه سرسختی روانشناختی مدی (2006) و پرسشنامه عدم تحمل ابهام کارلتون و همکاران (2007) پاسخ دادند. در نهایت داده&shy; های جمع&shy; آوری شده با استفاده از آزمون همبستگی و آزمون رگرسیون به شیوه سلسله&shy; مراتبی با استفاده از نرم&shy; افزار </span><span dir="LTR">SPSS-26</span> <span lang="FA">مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند.</span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA">یافته‌ها:</span></b><span lang="FA"> نتایج نشان داد که عدم تحمل ابهام رابطه مثبت و معناداری با افسردگی دارد، بدین صورت که هرچه توانایی تحمل ابهام در دریانوردان کمتر باشد، نشانگان افسردگی در آنان بیشتر است. همچنین سرسختی روانشناختی با افسردگی رابطه منفی و معناداری دارد بدین صورت که با افزایش سرسختی روانشناختی، نشانگان افسردگی در دریانوردان کاهش می &shy;یابد. با این حال نقش تعدیل&shy; کنندگی سرسختی روانشناختی در رابطه با عدم تحمل ابهام و نشانگان افسردگی مورد تأیید قرار نگرفت. در خصوص انعطاف&shy; پذیری روانشناختی، نتایج نشان داد که بین انعطاف&shy; پذیری با افسردگی رابطه منفی و معنادار وجود دارد. همچنین نقش تعدیل &shy;کنندگی انعطاف&shy;پذیری روانشناختی در رابطه بین عدم تحمل ابهام و نشانگان افسردگی نیز مورد تأیید قرار گرفت (05/0 ></span>p<span lang="FA">).</span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></b><span lang="FA"> با توجه به نتایج پژوهش توجه به این متغیرها در جامعه دریانوردی حائز اهمیت می &shy;باشد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%">Background and Aim: </span></span></b><span lang="EN" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%">This study aimed to investigate the moderating roles of psychological hardiness and flexibility concerning intolerance of uncertainty and depression symptoms among seafarers.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span lang="EN" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%">Methods:</span></span></b><span lang="EN" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"> A descriptive correlational research design was employed. The statistical population consisted of all sailors of a shipping company in 2023. From this population, 580 individuals were selected through convenience sampling. The research instruments included Beck&#39;s Depression Inventory (1996), Dennis&#39;s Cognitive Flexibility Questionnaire, Maddy&#39;s Psychological Hardiness Questionnaire (2006), and Carleton et al.&#39;s Intolerance of Uncertainty Questionnaire (2007). The collected data were analyzed using correlation and hierarchical regression tests with SPSS-26 software.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span lang="EN" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%">Results:</span></span></b><span lang="EN" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"> The findings revealed a positive and significant relationship between intolerance of uncertainty and depression; specifically, lower tolerance for ambiguity among seafarers was associated with increased depressive symptoms. Conversely, psychological hardiness showed a negative and significant relationship with depression, indicating that higher levels of psychological hardiness corresponded to fewer depressive symptoms. However, the moderating role of psychological hardiness in the relationship between intolerance of uncertainty and depression symptoms was not confirmed. In terms of psychological flexibility, a negative and significant relationship with depression was observed.
