fa ارزیابی نوع، پراکنش، میزان و روش‌های آنالیز آلودگی میکروپلاستیک‌ها در محیط‌های دریایی طب دریا Marine Medicine مروری کوتاه Mini Review <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:IRANyekan;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="AR-SA">آلودگی میکروپلاستیک‌ها به عنوان یکی از چالش‌های جدی زیست‌محیطی در اکوسیستم‌های آبی محسوب می‌شود. با توجه به مصرف روزافزون محصولات پلاستیکی در زندگی مدرن، ورود این آلاینده‌ها به محیط‌های دریایی افزایش یافته و تهدیدی برای سلامت این اکوسیستم‌ها به شمار می‌رود. میکروپلاستیک‌ها به دلیل اندازه کوچک و ویژگی‌های فیزیکی-شیمیایی منحصر به فرد، به راحتی وارد زنجیره غذایی شده و از طریق فرآیندهای تجمع زیستی و بزرگنمایی زیستی، نه تنها موجودات آبزی، بلکه انسان را نیز تحت تأثیر قرار می‌دهند. این مقاله با استفاده از روش مرور سیستماتیک، به بررسی مطالعات انجام شده در زمینه آلودگی میکروپلاستیک‌ها در محیط‌های آبی مختلف از جمله رودخانه‌ها، دریاچه‌ها، پساب‌ها و محصولات دریایی می‌پردازد. در این مطالعه، انواع روش‌های نمونه‌برداری، شناسایی و آنالیز میکروپلاستیک‌ها، الگوهای پراکنش و تراکم این آلاینده‌ها، مسیرهای انتقال آنها به انسان و اثرات اکولوژیکی و بهداشتی مرتبط مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. همچنین چالش‌های موجود در روش‌شناسی مطالعات میکروپلاستیک‌ها و جهت‌گیری‌های آینده تحقیقات در این حوزه ارائه شده است.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%">Microplastic pollution has emerged as one of the most pressing environmental challenges in aquatic ecosystems. With the growing consumption of plastic products in modern life, the influx of these pollutants into marine environments has increased, posing significant threats to ecosystem health. Due to their small size and unique physicochemical properties, microplastics readily enter the food chain and, through processes of bioaccumulation and biomagnification, affect not only aquatic organisms but also human health.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%">This study, conducted as a systematic review, examines existing studies on microplastic pollution across diverse aquatic environments, including rivers, lakes, wastewater effluents, and marine products. The review addresses sampling, identification, and analytical methods for microplastics; patterns of distribution and abundance; pathways of human exposure; and associated ecological and health impacts.
