	<abstract language="eng">Background and Aim: Patient satisfaction is one of the indicators for measuring the efficiency and quality of services provided to clients. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of patients&#39; satisfaction with the services provided in one of the selected military hospitals.
Methods: This descriptive study was conducted on 260 patients discharged from one of the naval hospitals, which was selected and conducted by available sampling method in 2018. The data collection tool was a 48-question patient satisfaction questionnaire whose validity and reliability were confirmed in previous studies. Descriptive statistics (frequency, percentage) were used for data analysis, and independent t-tests, one-way analysis of variance, and Pearson were used for the relationship between satisfaction and demographic characteristics. 
Results: The level of satisfaction in medical and non-medical departments was at a high level. Facility services and reception services had the lowest level of satisfaction. The variables of age, gender, marital status, and number of hospitalizations had no significant statistical relationship with satisfaction, while the number of referrals and reason for referral had a significant statistical relationship with satisfaction. &#160;
Conclusion: Considering the low satisfaction of patients with health and hygiene services in medical departments and admission in non-medical departments, it is necessary to investigate the management method of these departments to improve satisfaction by searching for the causes of dissatisfaction based on the cause.</abstract>

	<abstract language="eng">Background and Aim: To fight food pathogenic microorganisms, it is necessary to search for new antimicrobial compounds. Marine sponges are potential sources of new antimicrobial agents due to secondary metabolites. This study investigated the antibacterial effect of methanolic extract of H. implexa sea sponge collected from Chabahar.
Methods: This study investigated at two concentrations of 3 and 5 mg/ml of the methanolic extract against two foodstuffs bacteria of Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa by disc diffusion sensitivity test, minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC), and minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC). Statistical analysis was done with One-Way Analysis of Variance and comparison of means with Tukey&#39;s test.
Results: According to the results, the highest effects were obtained on concentrations of 5 mg/ml with 11.03&#177;1.7 and 12.033&#177;0.702 mm diameters of non-growth halos for Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa, respectively, and showed significant difference by Gentamycin (p&#60;0.05). The minimum inhibitory concentration of H. impelxa sponge organic extract in Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa was observed at 1 and 3 mg/ml concentration, respectively. Minimum bactericidal concentration observed in Escherichia coli at 3 mg/ml concentration and no effect on Pseudomonas aeruginosa strain observed. &#160;
Conclusion: &#160;Based on the results, H. impelxa sea sponge extract has a good antibacterial effect on pathogenic bacteria of Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Therefore, the extract of this sponge can be further studied for use in food packaging.</abstract>

	<abstract language="eng">Background and Aim: Marine medicine is one of the medical science fields that deals with the health and safety of people related to the sea but marine medicine syllabus for education to students is not specified yet. The present study aimed to specify the syllabus of marine medicine education.
Methods: &#160;This qualitative study was conducted through inductive content analysis approach between 2021-2022 in Tehran, Iran. A total of 12 person that were expert and have experience with marine medicine were selected by purposive sampling method. A semi-structured interview was conducted, then carefully transcribed and analyzed using Graneheim &#38; Lundman qualitative content analysis approach. 
Results: Six category and twenty-five subcategories emerged after data analysis. Categories include introduction to the sea and marine medicine, health at sea, common diseases and injuries in the sea, diving and hyperbaric medicine, emergency care at sea and psychology at the sea. &#160;
Conclusion: &#160;Marine medicine is an extent and specialized medical field and medical science students in their general course just needs to educated by its main topics.</abstract>

	<abstract language="eng">Background and Aim: One of the most effective ways to improve the quality of life of seafarers is to examine their marital relationships. Therefore, the aim of the present study was to determine the effectiveness of spiritual therapy on marital adjustment and marital commitment among sailors in Bushehr city.
Methods: The present study was a semi-experimental type and its statistical population consisted of sailor men of Bushehr city. In this study, 1 experimental group and 1 control group were used, and the people in the experimental group received spiritual therapy for 14 weeks. Also, the research questionnaires, which included the revised scale of two-person compatibility and the marital commitment questionnaire, were completed by the members of both groups in the pre-test and post-test stages. In the present study, the data was analyzed using the statistical method of multivariate covariance analysis (MANCOVA). 
Results: There is no significant difference in the variables of marital compatibility and marital commitment in the pre-test in the control and experimental groups. However, they are different in the post-test; In other words, the independent variable of the group has been effective and spiritual therapy has been able to be effective in the results of the experimental group. In other words, group spirituality therapy has an effect on marital adjustment and marital commitment in sailors (P&#60;0.001). &#160;
Conclusion: &#160;According to the results of the present research, by using spiritual therapy, it is possible to create a significant and significant improvement in the marital compatibility and marital commitment of sailor men; Therefore, it is recommended to use spiritual therapy to improve marital compatibility and marital commitment of sailors.</abstract>

	<abstract language="eng">Background and Aim: Apart from the tactical and technical advances in military and weapons sciences, the psychological component of war and preparation has received more attention in recent years. The aim of the present study is the effectiveness of EFT exercises on the physical fitness factors of Imam Ali Officer University students.
Methods: The current research is a semi-experimental study with a pre-test-post-test design. The statistical population of this research was the students of Imam Ali Officer University (AS) in 1401, 30 of them were selected by available sampling and randomly divided into 2 intervention (15) and control (15) groups. In the pre-test phase, first, ACRT test was taken from all 40 people, then in a meeting, the intervention group, which was 15 people, was taught the EFT technique and how to practice it, and they practiced 10 sessions of the EFT technique along with the physical exercises they had daily; And the control group, which was 15 people, only practiced the physical exercises they had daily in these 10 sessions. After the completion of 10 training sessions, the post-test stage was performed as the pre-test. The analysis of data related to physical fitness factors was done with correlated t-test in SPSS software version 22. 
Results: &#160;The findings show that the average running time of 70 meters in the EFT group went from 9.15&#177;0.77 to 8.60&#177;0.75 and the average carrying of injured participants in this group went from 9.16&#177;1.44 to 35. It decreased by 8.50&#177;1 second, which shows a significant difference in performance according to the significance level of 0.05. While the average running time of 70 meters in the control group increased from 9.38&#177;0.93 to 9.36&#177;0.88 seconds and also, the average carrying of injured participants in this group increased from 9.52&#177;1.43 to &#177;1.42. It decreased by 9.49 seconds, which according to the significance level of 0.05 does not show a significant difference in performance (P-Value&#60;0.05).
Conclusion: &#160;In general, the results of the present study showed that after hitting the meridian points and self-talk, the performance of Imam Ali University students improved. Therefore, it is suggested that military trainers and commanders consider EFT along with their physical programs to improve the performance of students and soldiers.</abstract>

	<abstract language="eng">Background and Aim: In the group of animal proteins, the use of aquatic animals has always been considered as one of the most important protein sources, because nutritionally, they have significant amounts of long-chain unsaturated fatty acids, low cholesterol, some types of vitamins and minerals, and proteins with high nutritional value. In the present study, the pattern and per capita of fish consumption in the urban households of Chabahar Port in 2019 was investigated.
Methods: In this study, according to the population of Chabahar city, 383 questionnaires were prepared and completed in person by the respondents. A standard formula was used to estimate the average amount of fish consumption. 52.22% of the interviewed people were women and 47.78% were women. The highest age category of the interviewed people belonged to the age group of 36-45 years. In terms of the number of people in the household and the type of job, families with 3 or 4 children and government jobs had the highest frequency, respectively.
Results: The priority of meat consumption among Chabahari households was chicken, red meat and fish respectively. More than 34% of households consumed fish more than 6 times a month. Wild fish (including barracuda, narrow-barred Spanish mackerel and black pomfret) was the main priority for purchasing fish in more than 94% of Chabahar households. The results also showed that &#34;freshness&#34; and &#34;usefulness&#34; of fish were respectively the main priority and criteria for choosing fish among the respondents. &#160;
Conclusion: &#160;In the present study, the per capita of fish consumption in urban households of Chabahar was equal to 27.13 kg/person/year, which indicates the good status of fish consumption as a valuable protein source in Chabahar city.</abstract>

	<abstract language="eng">Background and Aim: Accountability as one of the main goals of the health system is a very important issue for policy makers and managers.
Methods: The study is descriptive-analytical and cross-sectional and was carried out in the spring and summer of 1401. To collect and measure the data required for the research, two questionnaires were used to measure public trust and responsiveness, and the research questionnaires were distributed among 610 clients using the stratified sampling method, so the number of samples in Chalus Hospital is 250 people and There are 360 ​​people in Sari Velayat hospital. 
Results: The findings of regression models and structural equation models indicate that there is a positive statistical relationship between the dimensions of communication, dignity, independence, confidentiality of information, the right to choose and physical facilities with all dimensions of public trust and the average total score of public trust. P-value&#62;0.05). The dimension of quick action has a positive statistical relationship with other dimensions of public trust, except for the two dimensions of public trust (macropolitics and communication and information) and the dimension of social support, except for the dimension of macropolitics, which do not have a significant relationship with each other. The results of the regression model showed that all response variables except quick action (p=0.195), the right to choose (p=0.469) and social support (p=0.253) had a statistically significant relationship with public trust (p&#60;0.05).
Conclusion: Responsiveness as a qualitative criterion has an effective relationship with public trust and a clear picture of the performance of hospitals, and the responsiveness of Sari Velayat Hospital has been better than Imam Reza Chalous Hospital.</abstract>

	<abstract language="eng">Background and Aim: Various natural and human activities, non-biodegradability and toxicity of heavy metals even in low concentrations are among causative agents of aquatic ecosystem pollution, which can cause serious threat to the environment and humans. The aim of study was to investigate the level of lead and cadmium in the edible tissue (muscle and skin) of caspian kutum and rainbow trout in Gonbad Kavus, Iran and also to compare the accumulation levels with the European Union standard.
Methods: To investigate the concentration of lead and cadmium, 25 samples of caspian kutum and 25 samples of rainbow trout were randomly collected from fish supply centers in Gonbad Kavus, from April to June 2022. The levels of lead and cadmium in the samples were measured using the graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry technique. 
Results: The concentration of lead and cadmium in Caspian white fish was 587&#177;22.30 and 120.89&#177;6.07 &#181;g/kg and in rainbow trout 323.72&#177;9.89 and 62.37&#177;3.98 &#181;g/kg, respectively. The levels of lead and cadmium in caspian kutum were significantly higher than those of rainbow trout (P&#60;0.05). The amount of lead and cadmium in caspian kutum samples exceeded the EU standard limit, while the levels exceeded the EU standard limit in 30% and 36% of rainbow trout samples, respectively. &#160;
Conclusion: The levels of lead and cadmium heavy metals pollution were high in rainbow trout compared to caspian kutum in Gonbad Kavus, Iran. It is suggested that in order to find the causes of the pollution and provide suitable solutions, the amount of these heavy metals must be periodically measured in rainbow trout compared to caspian kutum in Gonbad Kavus, Iran. &#160;The influx of human and industrial sewage from Iran and other countries in the Caspian Sea and the lowering of the water level in the Caspian Sea increase the contamination of seafood with heavy metals. Therefore, the pollution of water resources in areas such as Gorgan Bay with sewage should be prevented.</abstract>
